🛒 Orders and Purchasing
How do I place an order?
Select your colour and size on the product page and click "Add to Cart." Then proceed to checkout from the cart page, enter your address and payment details, and your order will be complete. You don't need to register — you can shop as a guest.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your email. You can also view your order status and tracking details on the "My Orders" page.
Can I cancel my order?
For orders not yet shipped, you can request cancellation from the "My Orders" page or by emailing info@3renkshoes.com. For orders already dispatched, the return procedure applies once you receive the product.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can place an order as a guest with your email address. However, registering gives you easy access to your order history, saved addresses, and wishlist.
Can I order multiple products at once?
Yes, you can add as many products as you like to your cart and combine different models, colours, and sizes in a single order.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer / EFT. Cash on delivery is not currently available.
Is instalment payment available?
Instalment options may be offered on the payment page depending on your bank. The number of instalments and conditions vary by bank and card.
How long does bank transfer approval take?
Your transfer typically reaches our account within 1–2 business days. Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order is automatically cancelled.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our payment infrastructure is PCI-DSS compliant and card details are never stored in our system. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
📦 Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by product and order total. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping. The current shipping fee and free shipping threshold are shown on the order summary screen.
When will my order be shipped?
After payment confirmation, your order is typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, this may extend to 3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
For domestic orders (Turkey), delivery is made within 1–3 business days after dispatch. For international orders, this varies between 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If you notice external damage upon delivery, ask the courier to record a damage report and refuse the package. Then notify us as soon as possible at info@3renkshoes.com and we will arrange the fastest solution.
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product without giving any reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Will I pay for return shipping?
No. We offer free returns via our contracted courier. Once you submit your return request, a return label will be sent to you.
How long does a refund take?
After the product reaches us and is inspected, the refund is processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–14 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. When submitting your return request, simply indicate "size exchange" and specify the size you want. Your new product will be dispatched as soon as possible subject to stock. No additional shipping fee is charged for the first exchange.

How do I use your size guide?
Each product page includes a size guide. Measure the length of your foot in cm and find the corresponding size in the table. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Are the products made from genuine leather?
Material information is clearly stated in the product description. Natural leather, genuine leather, suede, and synthetic alternatives vary by product. Please check the product page for details.
The colour looks different from the photo — is this normal?
Colour differences may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. We photograph our products as close to real life as possible. Your right of return applies in this case too.
🔐 Account and Security
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
How can I delete my account?
Send your account deletion request to info@3renkshoes.com. Your request will be processed within 30 days; all personal data will be deleted except data subject to legal retention obligations.
