Our customers can return or exchange the shoes they purchased via 3Renk Shoes within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused, their tags are intact, and their original packaging/box is undamaged. Shipping costs for returns are covered by our company when our contracted shipping providers are used. Products with user-induced damage (scratches, tears, outdoor use) are excluded from the return policy.
