This form has been prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and distance selling regulations, to inform the consumer before the order is completed. By confirming your order, you declare that you have read and accepted the information contained in this form.

The order amount, applicable discounts, and shipping costs (if any) are shown on the order summary page. All prices are inclusive of VAT. USD or other currencies may apply to international orders.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• A written notice to info@3renkshoes.com is sufficient.
• The product must be returned within 10 days of the withdrawal notice.
• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with the invoice.
• Return shipping costs are not charged to you (via contracted courier).

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Products prepared at the consumer's request or clearly personalised
• Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or made impossible to return
• Contracts for goods whose price is determined by fluctuations in financial markets

7. Refund

If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised and the product reaches the Company, all payments (including shipping) will be refunded within 14 business days to your original payment method.
