Our Manufacturing Process
We adopt an integrated manufacturing philosophy from raw material selection to finished goods. We evaluate chrome and vegetable-tanned leather options based on customer expectations, and select TPR, rubber, or PU sole materials according to the last type. Lining fabrics are sourced to hypoallergenic standards, and each model undergoes prototype testing on at least 50 pairs before full production.
