At 3RENK Shoes, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If a product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your return or exchange right within the conditions outlined below. All our return processes are conducted in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Right of Withdrawal
Under distance selling regulations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. You may submit your withdrawal notice through our contact form or by sending an e-mail to info@3renkshoes.com.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original box and packaging.
- The sole must not be worn, and the upper surface must not show signs of use.
- Laces and accessories must be in their original condition.
- The invoice or delivery note that came with the product must be included in the return package.
- For hygienic reasons, products with soiled inner linings cannot be accepted for return.
- Products purchased under a campaign or discount are subject to the same conditions.
Cancellation Process
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request from the My Orders page or through our support line. For orders already in transit, the return procedure applies after you receive the product.
Return Shipping
A free return label from our contracted courier will be provided to you. If you prefer a different courier, shipping costs are at your expense. Please ensure adequate protection against breakage and moisture when packaging the item.
Refund
After the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your payment method within 14 business days:
- Credit Card: Reflected in your account within 3–14 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
- Bank Transfer (EFT): Transferred within 5 business days after your IBAN details are shared.
Exchange Request
For size or colour exchanges, a return request is opened and your new product is dispatched as soon as possible subject to stock availability. No additional shipping fee is charged for exchange requests (for the first exchange).
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are clearly used or have worn soles
- Products without their original box or packaging
- Customer-caused damage (chemical, water damage, breakage, etc.)
- Products marked as "final sale" at a discounted price (where explicitly stated)
Complaints and Disputes
If your return request is rejected or you have a complaint about the process, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Applications can also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) on the e-Government portal.
